A group of Itsekiri individuals has filed a lawsuit against the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) at the Federal High Court in Warri, Delta State. The legal action arises from INEC's decision to proceed with the implementation of the contentious Ward and Constituency Delineation affecting the Warri Federal Constituency. The case is registered as Suit No. FHC/WR/CS/120/2026, and the plaintiffs are seeking judicial intervention regarding the delineation process, which they believe may adversely impact their representation.
