Midfielder Omaka Anthony has officially departed from Rivers United following the expiration of his contract with the Nigeria Premier Football League club. After spending one season with the Pride of Rivers, Anthony has concluded his tenure in Port Harcourt. Prior to joining Rivers United, he had a brief stint with ASVO FC in Benin Republic. His time at Rivers United marked a return to the NPFL after his experience abroad.
