A community youth leader, Joseph Agbaka and two others were on Monday docked in a Life Chief Magistrates’ Court for alleged vandalism. The police charged Agbaka alongside Luper Udoo and Barnabas Akirga with criminal conspiracy and mischief. They, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge.
