Africa is standing at a demographic crossroads. Between 2025 and 2050, Sub-Saharan Africa will add over 620 million people to its labour force — nearly 80% of the net increase across all emerging markets. This is the largest and fastest demographic shift in modern history. Nigeria will account for a significant share of that surge.
