FRSC issues advisory as multiple crashes trigger gridlock on Lagos-Ibadan expressway

FRSC said that the first crash occurred at about 12:05 a.m. on the outbound carriageway towards Ibadan and involved five articulated trucks and one Toyota Sienna.
