Sean “Diddy” Combs is reportedly facing disciplinary action after an alleged altercation with another inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Fort Dix in New Jersey. Multiple outlets claim the music mogul became involved in a physical confrontation earlier this week after another inmate allegedly directed an insult at him. The exchange is said to have escalated quickly, with both men reportedly shoving each other and exchanging punches before correctional officers stepped in to break up the fight. Following the incident, reports claim Diddy was transferred to solitary confinement while prison authorities assessed the situation. It has not been confirmed whether he remains there, and officials have not publicly verified that the alleged fight took place. Responding to enquiries, an FCI Fort Dix spokesperson declined to discuss the matter, saying: “We are not at liberty to disclose or provide internal information pertaining to any inmate in our custody. Such information would not be available for the public domain.” The Federal Bureau of Prisons also refused to comment on the reported incident, stating: “We don’t comment on disciplinary matters, or other information regarding individual inmates due to privacy, safety, and security concerns.” Diddy, who is currently serving a prison sentence with a projected release date of February 2028, could face disciplinary consequences if prison officials determine that he breached institutional rules. Any sanctions imposed may also affect his eligibility for sentence reductions tied to good behaviour. Representatives for the hip-hop mogul have yet to issue a public statement on the reports.
