Jaissle, 38, takes charge at St James’ Park following a successful period with Saudi Pro League club Al Ahli, where he guided the side to major silverware. His move to England gives him the opportunity to continue Newcastle’s development and establish his own style at the club. The extensive changes have made the 2026/27 campaign one of the most intriguing in recent Premier League history, with a number of established clubs entering the season under different leadership.
