The Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN) has called on the Federal Government to convert the country's oil and gas resources into jobs, revenue, and sustainable prosperity. The call was made in a communiqué issued at the end of the 2026 PENGASSAN Energy and Labour Summit, held in Abuja from August 19 to 21. The summit focused on regulatory frameworks, investment, and workers' rights in the industry.
