The Benue State Police Command has rescued 13 more passengers who were abducted by suspected armed herdsmen along the Otukpo-Adoka Road. The victims were part of an 18-seater bus ambushed on August 14, and the rescue followed five days of sustained search-and-rescue operations. The operation was conducted at Amla-Cho Forest in Otukpo LGA, with the suspects fleeing under the cover of darkness.
