The Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof Joash Amupitan, has described the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) as a longstanding partner of the Commission, commending the Foundation's contributions to constitutional democracy, the rule of law, and good governance globally.
