One person has been killed in western Canada after a small passenger plane struck a vehicle while making an emergency landing on a road. The incident occurred on Thursday afternoon in Prince George, British Columbia, more than 700 kilometres north of Vancouver. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police confirmed the fatality was an occupant of one of the vehicles. It was not immediately clear if anyone on the plane was injured.
