The Detty December Fest, one of Africa's fastest-growing live music festivals, is set to return for its 2026 edition from December 18 to 30. The festival aims to offer a comprehensive cultural experience beyond music, following a debut that attracted over 40,000 attendees. Wizkid is scheduled to headline the opening concert on December 18, with the event featuring more than 300 performers across multiple stages. Organizers describe the upcoming edition as a 13-day celebration of music, nightlife, fashion, food, and cultural experiences in Lagos.
