A businessman, Alhaji Dauda Dahiru, has taken his ex-wife, Rabi'atu Suleiman, to a Shari'a Court in Kaduna State. He alleges that she has refused to leave his house two years after their divorce. The complainant's counsel, Hassan Sadisu, presented the case to the court. The woman reportedly demands that he provide her with an apartment and pay five years' rent.
