A Grade A Customary Court in Ibadan, Oyo State, has adjourned a divorce suit brought by a man named Ige against his wife, Shadia. Ige accused his wife of disobedience, cursing him, and threatening his life, including threatening to pour acid on him. Shadia, in response, claimed that her husband insisted she cover herself from head to toe at all times. The court will deliver judgment at a later date.
