Five adult males died in a road traffic accident involving a Toyota Camry and an Iveco truck on the Badagry Expressway. The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) reported the incident, which occurred at about 5:16 a.m. at Sawmill, near Mowo Bus Stop. Preliminary investigations indicated that the Toyota Camry, with registration number FKJ 630KS, collided head-on with the Iveco truck, marked T28081 LA. The accident was attributed to alleged over-speeding and reckless driving by the Camry driver, who lost control and veered into the opposite lane.
