A fire outbreak in Rugar Audu Badali Fulani community in Karasuwa Local Government Area of Yobe State has killed a woman and her three children. The incident occurred on Friday, August 21, 2026, at about 5pm, according to the Yobe State Emergency Management Agency (YOSEMA). The victims were identified as Bilkisu, wife of Mallam Bukar, and their children Zainab, Hafsat and Salamatu. They were buried according to Islamic rites, while surviving household members were left homeless after their residence and belongings were destroyed.
