The Ekiti State Government has secured potential industrial and trade investments worth up to $500 million following a five-day investment mission to Egypt. The mission attracted more than 40 Egyptian industrialists and investors. The Ekiti-Egypt Industrial Investment Mission, held in Cairo from 24 to 28 July 2026, focused on opportunities in agriculture, agro-processing, commercial farming, and seed production.
