Bosun Olabiyi-Agoro has been elected as the new National President of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN). He emerged unopposed at the association's first Quadrennial Delegates Conference held in Abuja. Olabiyi-Agoro, a petroleum engineer with over two decades of experience, currently serves with the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission. He succeeds Festus Osifo, who is also the President of the Trade Union Congress of Nigeria.
