Sanwo-Olu appointed South-West Coordinator of Tinubu’s re-election campaign

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has appointed Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu as the South-West Zonal Campaign Coordinator for President Bola Tinubu's re-election campaign. The appointment was announced in a statement by the Presidency on Saturday, which also revealed the full composition of the APC 2027 Presidential Campaign Council. The council is chaired by President Tinubu, with Vice-President Kashim Shettima as Vice-Chairman and former Zamfara Governor Abdulaziz Yari as Director-General. Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo will serve as Secretary. Sanwo-Olu, who also chairs the South-West Governors' Forum, will coordinate campaign activities across Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Ondo, and Ekiti states.
