Senator Orji Uzor Kalu has stated that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's political prospects in Osun State remain 'very bright' ahead of the 2027 general elections, despite the APC's defeat in the recent governorship poll. Kalu, who represents Abia North Senatorial District, said the election outcome should not be seen as a setback for Tinubu, who still enjoys considerable goodwill in the state. He congratulated Governor Ademola Adeleke on his re-election and urged the APC to regroup and return stronger.
