The factional National Chairman of the Accord Party, Prof. Chris Imumolen, has stated that the party's leadership crisis will be pursued to a lawful conclusion despite Governor Ademola Adeleke's victory on the party's platform. He urged members to remain calm and allow the judicial process to determine the authentic leadership. Imumolen referenced an interim court order issued by the Federal Capital Territory High Court on August 29, 2024, in a suit involving him and others.
