A political support group, Relax Tinubu Is Fixing Nigeria (RTIFN), has stated that the establishment of the South East Development Commission (SEDC) under President Bola Tinubu will boost the industrial and economic potential of the South-East region. The group highlighted achievements in road construction, infrastructure, the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND), agriculture, and security, and called on the region's residents to support President Tinubu's re-election in 2027. The statement was made during a South-East Regional Town Hall Meeting in Anambra State, which attracted over 5,000 grassroots mobilisers.
