Concerned citizens and political stakeholders from Owan federal constituency in Edo State have rejected the circumstances surrounding the resignation of former Speaker of the Edo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Blessing Agbebaku. They described the resignation as an alleged attempt to undermine the independence of the legislature. The stakeholders have demanded action in response to the situation, which occurred days after Agbebaku's resignation.
