The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has seized a large quantity of 'Thai Loud', a potent strain of cannabis, at Lagos ports. The seizure, valued at N4.4 billion, amounted to 1,090.5 kilograms of the drug, which was packed in 54 cartons containing 2,181 sachets, each weighing 500 grammes. The agency also uncovered a new trafficking route used by smugglers to bring the drug into the country.
