Manchester City have agreed in principle to sign 18-year-old midfielder Ayyoub Bouaddi from Lille for a fee that could rise to €100 million (£85.6 million). The Premier League champions have been in advanced negotiations with the French club, with an initial fee of £81.4 million agreed, plus £4.2 million in potential add-ons. Bouaddi, a Morocco international, is expected to complete his move to England after the clubs reached an agreement. City are looking to strengthen their central midfield following the departures of Rodri and Tijjani Reijnders, and are also interested in Chelsea's Enzo Fernandez.
