A 20-year-old miner, Abdulmuminu Muhammad, was found dead in Barkin Ladi Local Government Area of Plateau State. He was reportedly killed and dumped along the Gana Ropp-Barki Ladi road while returning from mining activities on Saturday evening. His body was recovered by relatives after a search. Danjuma Ibrahim, a youth leader, and the deceased's grandfather, Imam Muhammed Abdullahi, confirmed the incident, describing the killing as barbaric and inhumane.
