The Movement for the Survival of the Ogoni People (MOSOP) has expressed support for the ongoing dialogue between the Ogoni people and the Federal Government, describing its support base as overwhelming and irrevocable. MOSOP President Fegalo Nsuke said the organization's commitment to a permanent resolution of the Ogoni problem is firm, strong, and intense. He noted that while the government may not be obligated to resolve all problems in Ogoniland, the people stand to benefit substantially from the dialogue. Nsuke urged the Ogoni public to reject manipulative information designed to frustrate the Federal Government's goodwill.
