Rabiu Kwankwaso, the vice-presidential candidate of the Nigerian Democratic Congress (NDC), has criticized the composition of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council for the 2027 election. In a statement posted on X, Kwankwaso questioned the decision of Abdul'aziz Yari, a former Zamfara State governor, to serve as Director-General of the campaign for President Bola Tinubu's re-election. He argued that the council includes political actors who have supported or served in the present administration, raising questions about the APC's plans for voters in 2027.
