Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu announced that the inaugural National Intermediate Games, EKO 2026, will help identify and nurture young sporting talents. The games, scheduled for October 1-15, are expected to feature 14,000 to 15,000 athletes. Sanwo-Olu emphasized the importance of grassroots sports development and creating pathways for emerging athletes.
