Sheikh Sani Yahaya Jingir, Chairman of the Izalatil Bid'a Wa'ikamatis Sunnah (JIBWIS), has denied claims that he dislikes Christians, calling them lies and misinterpretations of his recent remarks. He made these comments at a one-day national symposium in Jos, where he addressed the theme of enhanced political participation and social justice. Jingir emphasized that his earlier remarks at a mass wedding in Kano were not intended to express hatred towards non-Muslims.
