The ten largest quoted fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies in Nigeria generated combined revenue of over N3.5 trillion in the first half of 2026, despite inflationary pressures and foreign exchange volatility. They also posted a combined profit after tax of N601.74 billion, showing sector resilience. Nigerian Breweries Plc led with N803 billion in revenue, becoming the first listed consumer goods firm to surpass the N800 billion revenue mark within six months.
