Togo: Toward the Operationalization of the Master’s in Conference Interpreting and the Master’s in Translation at the University of Lomé

A document has been signed to advance the operationalization of the Master's in Conference Interpreting and the Master's in Translation at the University of Lomé in Togo. The signing involved the Vice-President of the ECOWAS Commission, H.E. Damtien Larbli Tchintchibidja; the Minister Delegate for Higher Education and Scientific Research of Togo, Prof. Gado Tchangbedji; and the representative of the President of the University of Lomé, Prof. Edinam Kola. The immediate handover of the document by Professor Tchangbedji to Professor Kola for official transmission to the University President marks a key milestone. This transmission, along with the Togolese government's commitment and ECOWAS support for a retreat to revise curriculum frameworks, lays the foundation for joint monitoring of the programs.
