He stated that its operations are backed by official approvals and protected by an ongoing court process. The controversy follows an ICPC report alleging the discovery of an unauthorized agency within the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation. The organization, which has 20 state coordinators and representatives in the US and China, claims to be anchored on Executive Orders 003 of 2017 and 005 of 2018.
