Following a report by the Nigerian Tribune on the poor condition of the Oye-Ekiti–Ilupeju–Kabba road in Ekiti State, the Federal Government has dispatched a delegation to assess the situation. The Minister of Works, Engr Dave Umahi, announced the move on Monday, indicating that senior officials have been sent to address the hardship faced by motorists and other road users on the failed highway.
