United Bank for Africa (UBA) has graduated 374 young professionals as part of its efforts to develop Africa's next generation of leaders. The Group Managing Director and CEO, Oliver Alawuba, described the certificates as a commissioning into the next stage of their professional journeys, rather than an end to their training. The programme aims to equip young talent with skills for the banking and financial sector.
