Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has urged security agencies to adopt intelligence-led and preventive approaches to tackle Nigeria's evolving security challenges. Speaking in Asaba during a courtesy visit by participants of the Advanced Intelligence Officers' Course, he emphasized the need to move from reactive security management to preventive and intelligence-led governance. He stressed that intelligence should be translated into timely decisions and effective action to strengthen national resilience.
