The UK job market for entry-level workers has become increasingly challenging, with graduate job vacancies falling 45.6% in July compared to the previous year, reaching the lowest level since April 2016. According to Adzuna's report, the average number of live graduate vacancies was 8,383 in July, down from a peak of over 55,000 in mid-2017. Factors such as AI and economic conditions are contributing to reduced opportunities for new graduates.
