At least five persons were injured during a clash between members of rival transport unions in Ilorin, Kwara State on Monday. The incident occurred around Idi-Araba and Itakudimo areas following an alleged attack on an office of the National Association of Road Transport Owners (NARTO). Residents and motorists fled the area as the clash escalated. A NARTO member alleged that members of other transport unions were involved in the attack.
