Finance Minister Dr Cassiel Ato Forson opened the Fifth Session of the Ghana-China Joint Commission on Economic, Trade and Technical Cooperation. He called for a stronger partnership focused on local processing, manufacturing and jobs, noting that although China is Ghana's largest trading partner, the structure of trade must improve.
