Professor Alfred Bandele Kasunmu, SAN, has been eulogized by Abimbola Williams Akinjide, SAN, following his passing. Professor Kasunmu was described as an extraordinary scholar, distinguished public servant, and cherished member of the legal community. He obtained his LL.B and LL.M from University College London, was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 1964, and later became a Professor of Law and Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Lagos in 1973.
