The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) has issued a directive to manufacturers of sachet alcohol and alcoholic beverages in PET bottles below 200ml to recall their products or face closure of their facilities. This order is part of a nationwide ban on the production and sale of such products. NAFDAC emphasized that compliance is mandatory to ensure public health and safety.
