Super Eagles forward Terem Moffi has completed a permanent transfer from OGC Nice to Hamburger SV (HSV) for a fee of 2.5 million euros, including 500,000 euros in bonuses. The 27-year-old Nigerian international, who spent the second half of last season on loan at FC Porto, has signed a three-year contract with the German club. Moffi underwent routine medical examinations at the Athleticum of Volkspark over the weekend before finalizing the deal. He will wear the number 9 shirt for Hamburg, where he is expected to add physicality and versatility to the squad, according to HSV's Director of Professional Football, Claus Costa.
