Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney has highlighted icebreakers as one of the many things the United States needs from Canada, amid trade tensions between the two countries. Carney spoke at a news conference in Quebec, where he announced a contract for six new icebreakers for the Canadian Coast Guard. The US is also expanding its own polar fleet as Arctic ice melts.
