Pratt Tunde, has filed a pre-election suit at the Federal High Court in Lagos, alleging that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) replaced his name with another aspirant on the INEC portal. He is seeking an expedited hearing during the court vacation to prevent his case from becoming nugatory. The defendants include the NDC, Sanni Kamurdeen Olatunji, and INEC.
