Canada has announced retaliatory tariffs of up to 50% on roughly 700 US products, including steel, aluminum, fish, rail equipment, paper products, plywood, and T-shirts. The tariffs, set to take effect on September 8, target $27.6 billion worth of US imports. This move escalates the trade war between the two countries after talks broke down.
