The Zamfara State Government has begun consultations with citizens and stakeholders across the state as part of preparations for the 2027 Annual Budget Estimate. The consultations, conducted through Town Hall Meetings in the three senatorial districts, aim to make the budget process more inclusive and responsive to residents' needs. Commissioner for Budget and Planning, Prof. Yahaya Zakari, said the initiative reflects Governor Dauda Lawal's commitment to citizen-driven governance.
