Members of the House of Representatives have raised conflict-of-interest concerns over the composition of President Bola Tinubu's campaign council for the 2026 elections. They expressed particular concern about the roles of the Ministers of Defence, Minister of State for Defence, Nigeria Revenue Service chairman Zacch Adedeji, and Budget Office Director-General Tanimu Yakubu.
