A 34-year-old man, Rabiu Mukthar, has been arrested for allegedly opening fire at a wedding ceremony in Kano, killing one person and injuring three others. The incident occurred after Mukthar became disturbed by loud music from the ceremony. Police spokesperson CSP Abdullahi Haruna Kiyawa confirmed that Mukthar used a pump-action gun to fire at the gathering. The suspect and another individual were arrested, and the weapon was recovered.
