Navy intercepts 500 litres of suspected illegal AGO, cannabis in Lagos

The Nigerian Navy has intercepted 500 litres of suspected illegally sourced Automotive Gas Oil (AGO) and substances believed to be Cannabis sativa in Folu Community, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos State. The operation was disclosed in a statement by the Director of Naval Information, Navy Captain Abiodun, on Tuesday. The interception is part of ongoing efforts to curb illegal activities in the maritime domain. The suspects and items have been handed over to relevant authorities for further action.
