Guinea Insurance is one of seven companies issued new operating licenses by the National Insurance Commission after completing recapitalisation. The company's capital position now exceeds the N15 billion minimum requirement for non-life insurers. In a statement, the company said this positions it to compete more aggressively and pursue larger opportunities. It emphasized that recapitalisation is a platform for growth, focusing on enhancing underwriting capacity and customer propositions.
